This section contains extremely important information regarding my GOs, so please read it carefully! By joining my GOs, you agree to these. Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions!

Before You Join

Terms & Conditions

• GOs take longer than if you were to buy the goods yourself, at the tradeoff of cheaper shipping. If you cannot wait, please do not join.

• I will not order the item unless I see you have paid for it. Be sure to include the note indicated on the form and the masterlist, otherwise it will take me longer to process your payment. Therefore, please pay promptly if you want to secure the item(s)- especially for sites like Mercari JP!

• You must be 18 or older to join! If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

• I will not order NSFW merchandise.

• If you change your address or username, let me know ASAP - they’re very important!!

• Payment Method: I only use PayPal. (Venmo is for rare circumstances)

  • Please pay with Paypal Friends & Family only. Due to Paypal’s new guidelines, you must use a PERSONAL account. I am not a business; I do not receive any profits.

• Order Consolidation: Every month, I receive a new shipment. The batches are named after the month I start them in.

  • Items arriving in the same batch will be consolidated for free.
  • I can hold small quantities of small items, such as acrylic stands, photocards, postcards, smaller books/notebooks, etc for 1 month (ex. I hold your item through July batch and send it during August batch).
  • I can’t accommodate larger items due to limited space.

• Claims/Splits: if a set is not filled up, I will cancel it. Please keep this in mind when claiming. Of course, I will provide constant updates and let everyone know which characters still need to be claimed.

• Prohibited Items: Food, Powders, Liquids, Batteries (lightsticks OK), Metals + others mentioned here.

• Once you join my GO, you cannot cancel. Please be sure that you are 100% committed before joining. If the order is a split, you must find someone else to take your spot if you want to drop out.

• You MUST pay for your items beforehand. I cannot cover any fees for you. My deadlines are also strict. If you absolutely need to push back a payment deadline, please let me know so I can try to help you.

  • Late Fees: $0.50 per day for 5 days.

• Packing Fee: $2, regardless of the size and weight of your order.

• The following actions will result in a blacklist (Blacklist = no refunds & you will be blocked):

  • dropping out of more than 3 orders (i.e. filling in a form but not submitting payment)
  • being rude and/or disrespectful to either myself or other joiners
  • missing payment deadlines with no communication/ not following my rules or TOS
  • dropping out of a filled claim without finding someone to take your spot

• I retain the right to refuse a joiner for any reason.

• I retain the right to refuse to order items for any reason, ESPECIALLY if they are likely to be held at customs.

• I do not accept returns for any reason. My proxy does not accept returns either.

<aside> ❗ If I am scammed by a seller, I will do my best to get a refund. If I can’t, you will not receive a refund. Additionally, the proxy I use and myself are not responsible for any defective/damaged goods you may receive. I promise to pack everything as carefully as possible. I am also not responsible in any way for lost packages, which includes both packages being shipped to me from my proxy and packages sent from me to you.

I will be communicating payment requests and other necessary updates via email. Please check your email frequently if you participate in one of my GOs. Don’t forget to check your spam folder as well!

I’m also still a student and juggling many different things. Therefore, during midterms and finals seasons, there will be days where I will go offline.

I will always announce these beforehand. Please plan accordingly!
